Privacy policy
Last updated 17 October 2026
We collect only the information we need to deliver the service you asked for, and we keep it for only as long as we are required to.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email, phone number and state — when you submit an enquiry, request a callback or create an account.
- Business details you provide when you place an order, such as entity name, constitution, address and tax identifiers.
- Documents you upload to your vault in order for us to prepare and file applications on your behalf.
- Usage data such as pages visited and actions taken, used to keep the service working, to fix problems, and — in anonymised form through Google Analytics — to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare and file the applications you have engaged us for, to communicate with you about those applications, to respond to enquiries, to issue invoices, and to meet our own legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to deliver the service: with the government departments and registries where your application is filed, with payment processors to take payment, and with professional advisers bound by confidentiality obligations. Anonymised usage statistics are processed by Google Analytics as described under *Cookies and analytics*. Where a service is delivered by an accredited external body — for example a certification body issuing an ISO certificate — we share only what that body requires.
How we protect it
Documents are stored in an access-controlled vault. Access is restricted to the team members working on your matter. We operate under ISO 27001 information-security controls, and connections to this site are encrypted in transit.
How long we keep it
We retain records of engagements and filings for the period required by applicable law, typically eight years for financial and tax records. You may ask us to delete documents that are no longer required for a live engagement or a statutory obligation.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete what we are not required to keep, or stop contacting you for marketing purposes. Contact us through the enquiry form on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your session.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages and services they look at, and where they arrive from. This sets cookies in your browser and sends Google an anonymised record of the pages you view, along with general information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It tells us how many visitors we get and what interests them — it does not tell us who you are.
We never send Google your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type into an enquiry form, and our staff portal and admin pages are excluded from analytics entirely. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles.
You can opt out on every site you visit by installing Google's [browser add-on](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or through your browser's own tracking-protection settings.
We do not use advertising cookies.
