These terms govern your use of this platform and the services you order through it.

What we do

We provide professional assistance with business registration, GST, licences and trademark filing. We prepare and file applications on your behalf with the relevant authority.

What we do not do

• We are not a government department and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government agency.
• We do not guarantee approval. The decision on any application rests entirely with the relevant authority.
• We do not control processing times at government departments. Stated timelines are estimates based on typical experience.

Fees

No fees are collected through this website. There is no checkout and no online payment. After you send an enquiry, we confirm in writing what the government fee will be for your specific case and what our professional fee is, before any work begins. Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty and third-party testing or certification fees are separate from our professional fee and are billed at actuals.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of every document and detail you provide. Applications rejected because of incorrect or falsified information are not eligible for a refund, and we may terminate the engagement.

Fees and cancellation

• Before work begins — if you cancel before we have started drafting or filing, nothing is payable.
• After work begins, before filing — our professional fee is payable pro-rata for work already performed.
• After filing — government fees are non-refundable once paid to the authority, and the professional fee is payable in full because the service has been performed.
• Rejection by the authority — where a rejection is caused by an error on our part, we re-file at no additional professional fee. Government fees for the re-filing are payable again where the authority requires it.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity.

Intellectual property

Content on this platform is ours. Documents you upload remain yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
